Important Guidelines
• A full uncut opening video from the beginning is mandatory to claim any damage.
• Minor leakage or transport-related damage may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
• Refunds are not provided in cash. Only store credit or coupons will be issued for eligible cases.

Return Eligibility

Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:

• A full uncut opening video from the beginning is mandatory to claim any damage.
• The product must be unused and in original condition with packaging.
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Clear proof (images/videos) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Edible products (chocolates, premixes, etc.)
• Colors, flavors, gels, and consumables
• Opened, used, or damaged products (not caused during transit)

Return Process
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order details and proof. Once approved, return the product via a reliable courier.

👉 If the issue is from our side, replacement shipping will be free.

Refund Policy
