Returns & Refunds

• A full uncut opening video is mandatory for any damage claim
  
• Products must be unused and reported within 24 hours of delivery
  
• Minor leakage or transit damage may not be eligible for refund/replacement
  
• Refunds are provided only as store credit or coupons (no cash refunds)
  

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect products after verification
  

Cancellation
